Dina is the Personal Lines Manager for IPS and trains our new agents. Prior to working in insurance, Dina worked in the mortgage industry as a Mortgage Loan Originator. She is married with two sons, who both graduated from Northwest Rankin. Dina recently added the name Grandee when she became a grandmother. Dina enjoys watching football if the Dallas Cow boys are playing, fishing, and, most of all, keeping her grandsons.

Clancy has been a licensed agent at IPS for over 10 years. Before coming to IPS Clancy was the Sales Manager at Holman VW/Audi/Jaguar and Finance Manager at Boyte/Usry Honda. When Clancy is not working, she enjoys exercising at the Reservoir Y, watching LSU football, working outside in her yard, and spending time outdoors with her children. Clancy has four children and three grandchildren. She has been an active supporter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation since her son Grayson was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was just two years old. Clancy and her husband Royd live in Sandhill and are members of Pinelake Church where Royd is the Director of Facilities.

Judy comes to IPS with over 30 years in banking and customer service experience from Regions Bank. Judy and her husband, Tim, reside in Clinton and are members of Clint on Methodist Church. They have two daughters, one son and three grandchildren. Judy is a lifetime member of the Clinton Junior Auxiliary. In her spare time Judy enjoys camping with her husband, flower gardening and watching Ole Miss sporting events.

Tyler Wiltshire grew up in Vaiden, Mississippi and attended Winona High School, Holmes Community College, and Delta State University. Before coming to IPS, Tyler worked for Mississippi Farm Bureau. He and his wife, Dr.Abbie Wiltshire, and their two daughters, Mary Tyler and Olivia, live at the reservoir and are members of Fondren Church. Tyler enjoys hunting, fishing, playing golf, and attending Ole Miss football games. He is a member and serves on the Board of Directors of the Rankin County Chamber of Commerce and National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors where he serves on the state board. Tyler also serves on the steering committee for Best Dressed Jackson, which benefits the American Cancer society.

Doyle Hays grew up in south Jackson and attended Wingfield High School. After graduating with an accounting degree from Mississippi College, Doyle began working in management with Allstate Insurance and served as an insurance agent for 40 years with Allstate. Doyle and his wife Alesia are members of Covenant Presbyterian Church where he has served as an elder and deacon. Alesia is a retired Licensed Professional Counselor. Their daughter, also a professional counselor, is married to an Air Force pilot and recently became the mother of their first grandchild. In his spare time, Doyle enjoys fishing and sports of all types.

Chip Jones owned and operated an Alfa insurance agency at the reservoir for over 25 years and is now the owner of IPS. A native of Jackson, he is a graduate of Provine, Hinds CC, and USM. Chip and his wife Christy were active members of St. Mark’s United Methodist Church at the reservoir for 47 years and are now charter members of Refuge 16 Global Methodist Church. Chip served as an NWRAA volunteer baseball coach for 10 years and was an NWR cheerleader dad for 12 years. He is the proud parent of 3 children and 9 grandchildren.

Bubba owned and operated an Alfa insurance agency in Copiah County for over 20 years. He has been an independent insurance agent and agency manager with IPS since 2012. Bubba, his wife Lyn, and their two boys moved to the Reservoir from Wesson. He enjoys family time spent attending church at Pinelake or fishing and hunting with his wife and sons. Bubba and Lyn recently became grandparents. He has a passion for raising money for our agency’s quarterly non-profits, and helping the incarcerated and homeless in Jackson.

Kevin White grew up in Magee, Mississippi and attended Simpson Academy. He graduated from Copiah Lincoln Community College and the University of Southern Mississippi. After graduating from Southern, Kevin worked in ministry for 15 years as a youth pastor, pastor, and evangelist. He married his best friend from college, Kalea. Kevin and Kalea both have backgrounds in ministry, and she now works for Rankin County School District. Kevin and Kalea adopted two children (a boy and a girl) and then had a third child (a girl). The entire family attends Fondren Church. They also have a goldendoodle named Walt. When Kevin is not at work, you can find him with his family at Walt Disney World or the beach. He also likes Mississippi State and the Atlanta Braves.

Kirk Simmons is from Greenville, MS and graduated from Mississippi Delta Community College where he was a dual athlete, playing football and soccer. He then went on to graduate from Ole Miss. Kirk has been in the insurance business since 2009 and has handled property & casualty insurance, life insurance, retirement, Medicare, health, and group benefits throughout his career. He enjoys spending time with his two children and enjoys watching and coaching their extracurricular activities, attending sporting events and playing golf. Kirk and his children live in Gluckstadt where they are involved in many community activities

Sydney Williamson grew up and resides in Brandon, MS. She attended Jackson Preparatory School and graduated in Finance at Mississippi State University. Sydney comes from a background in banking and insurance underwriting. Sydney and her husband, Peyton, welcomed their little girl, Ansleigh, two years ago. Their family attends Pinelake Church. Her hobbies include wedding photography, golf, and keeping up a healthy lifestyle with fitness training. Sydney is excited to grow her book of business within the town she knows and loves!
